How about say exactly that? If you think saying that sounds too apathetic/anti-relationship, you can follow up by adding that IF you somehow manage to meet someone who you love so much it's worth the time and energy, you'd be open to it (if this is accurate to how you feel), but otherwise you just don't care about being in one.
