In star wars return of the Jedi, the scene where everything is going to shit on the death star and poor small battered Luke is struggling to drag Vader's dead weight to a shuttle. :(

And it really is pivotal to the plot, but I love in galaxy quest, when they see on the view screen the aliens dying in their crew quarters and Jason's face goes completely serious and you can just see the resolve take over. Completely wordless and great acting on Tim Allen's part.

+1. So much of ROTJ is a missed opportunity, but there are still these great moments in the film. I love that bit of scene, and that people kind of look over at Luke and Vader, but they aren't going to do anything, because they're all understandably trying to save their own lives.
