The Silmarillion battles. All of them. Dagor Bragollach, Dagor Arnoediad, and the War of the Elves and Sauron are particular favorites.

LOTR battles too, particularly The Battle of the Hornburg and Battle of the Morannon.

In Babylon 5, the final battle between the Vorlons, the Shadows, and the other races. Short but epic. Also the battle to free Earth.

The final battle in Return of the Jedi.
