Sasuke from Naruto. I was one of those Sasuke fangirls way back in the day, but started to dislike him when he left the village and outright hated him as the series went on.

The first character to jump to mind was Sasuke for me, too. Honestly though, there wasn't a single character whose personality didn't get progressively get worse and worse throughout the series (aside from like, Gai or Gaara, probably).
