This is going to be me about Vetinari, if I'm still mad about him in another five years as I probably will be, I bet.

I'm sorry I don't have any advice for you OP >< If it's bothering you, maybe talk to someone about it? Though if you are fine with it and just concerned that it's 'not something normal', I'd say to hell with that. It's pretty healthy to be attracted to other people even when you're already in a relationship anyway.

OP here. It's not that it's bothering me, but I do feel slightly silly about it. Especially when I look at how many secrets I've submitted during the past year and a half, all about the same character. I'm not even attracted to the person playing the character, it's just that one character I'm completely mad about. I know it's pretty normal, but still.

Honestly, same! I hardly know what it is about Vetinari that I adore so much, he's not like the characters who are usually my type at all. I just realised your secret said a year and a half too - it's been three years for me, haha. I do feel a bit silly about it sometimes, but my love for Vetinari has helped me at times, and it's something that never ceases to make me happy. Maybe it is weird, but I haven't let it take over my life, so I just don't really see it as a problem.

Oh, God, same here. I've no idea what I see in this character, what it is that has had me hanging onto them for such a long time. I don't normally fall for such awful characters with hardly any redeeming qualities. But I agree that having that crush does help at times. It can be very therapeutic, to be honest.
