Also, Immigration is a federal issue. You don't need a state-specific license. Except a lot of immigration-only firms require it for some reason.

Federal is tough with immigration because they are kind of the bad guys. I really don't want to be the person deporting people. I would not be comfortable with that. Asylum officers make the decisions on asylum cases, so that would be cool. But actually prosecuting immigrants? No thanks.
