It's never really been a pairing I considered before, but I would read it. Maybe try writing a couple of ficlets and posting them? I'm not saying this in a "well why don't you write it then?" kind of way; it's just that a lot of the time people will write a certain pairing when they see that someone else is or they won't realize that they're even interested in that pairing until someone posts a fic for it and they might be inspired to do the same

I was gonna suggest the exact same thing! Sometimes the best way to start a trend in fandom/drum up interest for a thing is to create a little bit of it yourself. I see it all the time - a person will be like "hey what about this ship?" and then draw or write something for it, and people will see that thing, be intrigued, and want to create content themselves.
