It's timely because I am watching Due South as we speak. If it is him I will sadly add him to the list of actors I have the hots for that make better women then I do.

Why yes it's him. At least I seem to remember him dressing like that in a episode and the pic is familiar. I have no idea which episode, though =( But I'm quite certain it's one with the original Vecchio :) (that...doesn't help much, sorry :x)

It is. There's an episode of Due South that involves dear Constable Benton Fraser going undercover at a school as a female teacher.

(bringing full-circle the one comment of Vecchio to his sister that he couldn't rely on her witness sketches of a female criminal, because all of them looked like Fraser in drag.)
