55. Dude, all the "Britannians" are American. The American Revolution failed in Geass-verse, Napoleon conquered the British Isles, and the monarchy fled to America during the Napoleonic Wars (at which point we know that Americans already had different accents than the British, since accents were used by the British to decide who to impress, ie "You sound like you just got off the boat from England, you are now impressed"). "Britannia" is America and they have American accents.
