46. If anyone disses you for being a girl gamer, they can just fuck off. They're immature anyway. I know plenty of girls who play video games. Hell, my sister is know to take up the controller every now and a gain and be beat me and my brother, even thou we've been gaming far longer. So, honestly, it's either your scared of ZOMG A GURL LET'S CYBER or you're making too big of a deal out of it. PROTIP: If you don't make a deal out of it, no one will say much about it.

60. Because if you look past how utterly ludicrous and unreal the series is, you'll find lots of deep undertones about war, love, patriotism, emotions, roles, and other themes. Besides, plenty of series have silly plots but they're treated seriously. The plot is awesome, and lots of fun to discuss. Everyone has a favorite character and Snake/Big Boss is ultimate GAR.

74. Well, Advance Wars Days of Ruin makes me want to survive a meteor apocalypse because it doesn't seem all that bad. And it taught me WHERE THERE IS LIFE, THERE IS HOPE. That would keep me going any day.

Honestly? Every time I so much as dare to use voice chat I get called an attention whore (and regular flavor whore too, just for added spice). If I so much as hint at my gender in a game, I get either propositioned or booed. Unless I hide it, I get harassed to no end. Heaven forbid I ever admit to liking an RPG or something equally "girly." I love the community a lot, but caring and sensitivity towards all creeds, races and genders is not exactly a tenet of gaming.

Maybe I just hang with the wrong guys. It sucks all the same.

Wait, RPGs are "girly"? Why, because they have plot and character development and *gasp* romance in them? Yeah, you are playing with the wrong crowd if they think RPGs are for girls. Let me guess, they only games they'd admit to playing are FPS and sports games. *rolleyes* Ditch them, the faster the better. There are plenty of people who won't give a shit that you have tits, and you might even find some girls to play with. You're not alone.
