23. Yes, Jack likes to flirt(and more...) Don't take that away from him, fandom writers. But that doesn't mean he can't be in a committed relationship, and I'm not even talking about just with Ianto. We've seen in the show that he's been married at least once. There can be a happy medium, most people can't/don't see it that way.

Ok, I'll take that. In my mind, marriage implies kind of a promise to be more committed, but I also know that if both people in that marriage/relationship agree to being able to have fun with other people, then it'd be ok for that couple. I'm not saying it's wrong either. As long as both people agree.

Yeah. It's not my cuppa, but...Jack is Jack. He had two parents but seems to be beyond monogamy, so.

Yeah, I didn't really get that choice from the writers to make his family so normal. Unless there was something we didn't see 'behind the scenes.'

As much as I love Jack/Ianto and there's some really good fanfic out there, it's actually really hard to get their dynamic right and a lot of the fandom... doesn't. It also doesn't help that what we've been given on screen doesn't tell us much.
