For a moment I wondered whether I made this secret while I was drunk and forgot about it. Couple of things that prevent a fandom from happening.
1. No white cock.
2. Hardcore The Crow fans tend to disregard the sequels because there's a vague sense that they're disrespectful to Brandon Lee, and also sort of crappy.

I'm pretty tired of the "no white cock" whining, to be honest. It doesnt always apply and there generally wasn't much of a fandom anyway. And really, hardcore Crow fans were probably much more irritated at the harmlessness of this show in comparison to, you know, the original comic.

You're forgetting the real reason there's no fandom: It was a B show that aired for all of one season roughly twenty years ago, in alternating shitty timeslots that ensured not many people saw it, and those who did had to jump through a bunch of hoops to catch more than a couple of episodes.

Fandoms don't just appear for things no one's ever heard of.
