Might be time to see a doctor, because it could be a yeast infection. For future reference:

* don't use soap/perfumes to clean your vag, water is fine
* wear cotton underwear and natural fibers that breathe
* dry your genitalia after showers
* avoid tight pants/shorts, your ladybits need to ventilation
* if you get sweaty like that again, shower and dry out
* cranberry juice and yogurt will help, but they're not miracle workers no matter what the internet says

But seriously, you will likely need to see a doctor to verify that it is indeed a yeast infection. They will probably take a vaginal swab to doublecheck, and then you're free to buy an over the counter antifungal cream. IME, the 7 day cream is best. Yes there is a 3 day cream, but tbh, even though it's a higher concentration of medication, sometimes 3 days isn't long enough especially if you've let the yeast infection rage for a while.

I agree with all of this, as someone who has suffered from a few terrible yeast infections. Go and see a gynecologist, they will test you and prescribe/recommend the appropriate medicine.
