Nothing wrong with a good WIP, even an abandoned one. It's better to have half of something great than nothing, because the author decided not to post it unless it was complete.

As long as it has enough to be worth reading on its own. Any WIP less than 20k words is too short. Not to say completed works under 20k is not worth reading, but it is different because they are completed and have achieved their story.

Dude that's contradictory. Either things under 20k aren't worth reading or they are. You can't say a completed story of less than 20k is worth reading but an unfinished one isn't. That isn't logical.
