"I want to hold this pillow over your face and watch the light go out of your eyes." Obviously I have nobody to say this to. Just because I find the idea of committing a murder to see what it is like intriguing does not mean I'm going to do it; that would make me a monster.

Serious question: how are you going to hold a pillow over someone's face and still be able to see their eyes?

You could hold it low so that it is covering the nostrils and mouth, but still exposes the bridge of the nose and eyes. Just make sure your hand is over the nose/mouth region to shut off the air supply.

Not to sound morbid, but a person who's thrashing around would make it difficult to maintain a tight seal over the nose/mouth area while still leaving the eyes free. It'd be so ineffective one might as well dispense with the pillow entirely.
