SAMURAI FLAMENCO

I finished the series 2 days ago and I'm still overwhelmed by how much I love it.

Some days earlier I happened to look at all the merch for the 12345678 anime I don't care about and really wished there was a Hazama Masayoshi Nendoroid.

I haven't been on F!S for a year and came back today just so I could say that. Cause I have no one to tell.

Aw I'm glad you found something you love! If there's no official merch, have you tried checking for any fan merch?

I remember watching this but stopped at the gorilla episode because I was quite taken back at the direction it was going with.

Thanks :)

I've seen a small bit of official and fan merch just from casual browsing, but nothing interested me enough to check availability and prices.

I'm glad I spoiled myself about that turn, though not the exact details of how it happened. But it was still really jarring. I think it could have put me off the rest of the series if I hadn't known what I was getting into.

There are even more turns and reveals after that. I didn't know about those, but they were easy to accept after the gorilla twist and I enjoyed them as surprises. But I understand why this series didn't have wide appeal, especially for viewers who expected the whole series to be like the first few episodes.

I watched the first season recently!!! I still don't know if I'm amazed, or confused, by the mid-season genre-swap. I loved it a lot, but wtf. lol

What a ride, right?:D

The first season's the only season though. And it's very likely to stay that way: poor sales and bankrupt Manglobe. But a hero never gives up...
