Anyone have good snacks that can be prepped ahead of time? During winter finals I didn't plan well and ended up eating really poorly (there was a lot of "I need a study break. I know, milkshakes!") and I want to be better this time around. I'm already planning on doing some veggies and hummus, but other (/more filling) ideas are welcome!

Muffin tin omelettes, cheese and crackers, half-cooked potato (if you have microwave access and can finish it), baked goods

Fruit and yogurt. If you can't keep fresh fruit, or you won't eat it in time, try buying frozen fruit and mixing it in with the yogurt. We'll buy frozen cherries or blueberries and microwave them for 15-30 seconds and then add with plain greek yogurt, rather buy the yogurt with fruit already added.

I just had some rockmelon, and it was delicious. Also I made DIY limoncello today. I'm very curious as to how it turns out, but have to wait a week for it to steep.

I keep lots of cheese and crackers on hand. PB and celery. Hard boiled eggs, or I'll make up batches of tuna salad and egg salad so all I have to do is scoop some onto bread for a sandwich. If you keep frozen fruit and yogurt on hand and you have a blender, smoothies can be good. You can even add kale/spinach and do the whole green smoothie thing if you're feeling brave.
