Do people actually believe that she's beautiful? Hell, she looks like an ugly man. She was ugly before transition and still is.

If you consider her age, I think she's comparatively very attractive.

I think at the time she announced the transition, people gushed about how beautiful she was because they wanted to be supportive. But it's really hard to fix plastic surgery that's gone that far wrong.

I'm not sure her mouth is wide, per se, but it looks it because her face is badly stretched out from too much plastic surgery done before her transition.

When she has good lighting and good makeup, she looks fine for a woman in her 60s. Less than perfect lighting and makeup... the remnants of her masculine features shows up a lot more.
