All of Sarah Vowell's are my favorites, although I know some people don't care for her voice (she voiced Violet in the Incredibles, if you need a frame of reference). But I love how dry she is, and I always love the huge cast of people she gets to do the voices in her books. Assassination Vacation is probably my favorite.

Tina Fey doing the audiobook of Bossy Pants is also pretty awesome and a very good companion to a long boring car trip.
