Dang. Where do you live that the wisteria is already blooming?

Maryland, but I saw it in DC. Most of the wisteria here isn't blooming yet, but some in DC was.

Tulips are awesome.

I got a stomach bug in the Amazon rainforest and honestly thought I was gonna die and that was before I almost passed on a mountain.

I'm currently naked.

That old blessing/curse "may you have an interesting life" was pretty much made for me.

I have almost died more times than the average number of sexual partners most people will have in a lifetime, I can say with certainty that I have directly saved the lives of at least three people, I have lived as a minority in a foreign country (and will do so again very shortly), I have had twice as many instances of major surgery as monogamous relationships, I have contributed research to obscure fields of study, I have worked closely with psychotic and disabled people, I have taught pre-school aged children, I have only really been in love once in my life, and my goal is to live to see a day where I can easily and affordably travel into low earth orbit.

That sentence made me smile. You rock.

I do that, too. Do you give them cool names?
The last feral that came to my house to steal food was a red tabby. I named him "Red". I don't think I'm very good at names.

There's three cats (I don't think they're feral, just outdoor cats, though none of them have collars) that I see a lot on my way too or from work.

One I named Captain Creamsicle because he's orange/white, and the other is just George. XD George will come running if he sees me and flop at my feet for pets and belly rubs.

Ooh, I misread that first as "I nailed..."

I usually end up with a couple of new bruises every day and I've had to file for worker's compensation a few times, but I love my job.
