Supernatural fandom is terrifying. I love the show and would love to get into fandom, but it's like HP fandom. The fandom fans make me so uncomfortable.

My friend put it succinctly: the problem with Supernatural fandom is that it's full of Supernatural fans.

I suggest just reading fanfiction. There are tons upon tons of fanfics, and you don't have to interact with anyone.
