I used to chew my hair. That stopped fairly young.

I also used to sit on the edge of my bed, put on music, and rock back and forth. It helped me to focus on the music and daydream. It looked really weird and screwed up my mattresses.

I didn't grow out of that until I moved out of the house after high school. Moved into a dorm, didn't want to do that where people could see (and ruin beds!), so I went out for walks instead. It is far healthier all around and I still get to jam out and daydream. 8)

I love going on walks to listen to music and daydream. I go on 2-3 every weekend. That is a great alternative!
