Well, I feng shui-ed my whole room, read a half hour before bed, changed my sheets and blankets, I took two Benadryl tablets, lights out at 1:00 AM, phone off at 1:05 A.M., and I didn't look at the clock when I went to the bathroom. I slept great!

Omg, two Benedryl? I'd still be asleep, heh. A half a one puts me out like a light. Good on you for getting good rest!

I do not understand you fortunate people who can use cold/allergy medication like sleeping pills. I've never taken a medication that made me drowsy. I could take an entire pack of benedryl and probably still not get the desired affect (all fucked up on benedryl, yes, but drowsy, no). :(

Ha, and see, I envy *you*, because no matter how horrifyingly bad my allergies are, I can't take a benedryl until it's time for bed, or my whole day is screwed. Especially if i have to work! And i get a 'hangover' from it in the morning - all cotton-mouthed and woozy. I hate it.
