Re: Non-Canon Pairings You Think Could've Worked in Canon

I really wanted Hermione/Krum to last, and basically I'm convinced that the reason Harry suddenly developed feelings for Ginny (who I love btw) is because he couldn't get the other redhead.
And while not a romantic pairing, I was disappointed Cho and Luna never became friends. I think their character dynamics would have played off of each other well.

With the exception of Elementary, I think Sherlock and Watson should be endgame in every adaption ever.

I think Mary Bennet and Mr Collins would have made a good (but insufferable) match.

I never thought about it, but yeah, I like the idea of Luna and Cho as friends, too.

Mary and Collins, yes! Although his bragging about Rosings and worship of Lady Catherine DeBourgh(sp?) might have actually put her off.

rofl I'd read the shit out of Mary becoming disillusioned with Collins and then taking it out on Lady Catherine by way of sly, sarcastic jabs
(I mean, surely she must have learned something from Mr Bennet and Lizzie?)
