I don't have a skin routine, barring staying out of the sun (which is it's ow problem for my vitamin D issues) and using hand-cream in winter (winter here is cold and dry, so it dries the skin and that shows up the most on my hands).

I also try to avoid stress whenever I can, and I have never drunk alcohol or smoked. Those have a huge effect on aging.
