Re: What's the worst "well-written" show, movie, or book?

It's been fifteen years since I saw it so I don't really remember, but IIRC the To Kill a Mockingbird movie didn't do much for me, even though most people contend it was one of the best adaptations out there. I think it may have been partly that because I'd just read the book, I found it too hard to remove myself from my impressions of it. Still, I happened to catch a bit of it recently, and the acting still seemed a bit hollow to me.
