Weightloss

Where can I find weightloss workouts that don't require a lot of space or equipment.

if you're looking for weightloss, dieting's your best bet

but exercise wise go for bodyweight exercises (though strength training helps if you can get equipment)

but go slow, like switching out something you usually eat with a healthier alternative and keep the rest of your diet similar, aim for more fiber and protein, drink water, avoid stuff marketed as diet/fat-free like the plague, less sugar and so on yada yada

nayrt, but I have only ever had success with dieting AND exercise. Dieting alone is difficult (depending on how much you have to lose, I guess). Diet and exercise means that you don't have to restrict your calorie intake as much, as the exercise will offset some of that.

Youtube. Try HASfit and Darrin Stroh. Stroh also sells ridiculous beet products, but he did a 30-day challenge for the inactive that was really good and included several modifications based on fitness level.

Walking. Just get out and walk around every day if you can, for at least 20-30 minutes if you can. But frankly, diet is just as important, if not more so.

You can try Insanity workouts, which don't require any equipment. It is intense though.

The Firm also would work. It should only involve some small hand/ankle weights and a step.

If none of those sound good, going out for a jog, push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, etc. should work just fine.

Just make sure you drink plenty of water and eat properly, with plenty of protein.
