who is that famous artist whose art is everywhere and they draw big-eyed, lifeless girls on largely sepia-toned backgrounds? b/c I hate them and every artist like them.

no it's far less realistic than that, they're not a fandom artist they're also very mainstream. their art is on all sorts of products and lots of fanartists copped their style. it's like Audrey Kawasaki's style, but uglier. sorry I can't be more specific.
