I don't disagree, but at the same time, if Benedict Cumberbatch can be in every single movie, why not Idris Elba? Plenty of actors have had years where they are overexposed.

Yeah, as far as I'm concerned, Idris Elba's film roles come in only two quantities: 1) not enough Idris Elba, and 2) really not enough Idris Elba.

There are so many other talented black actors out there, they deserve a chance to shine too, haha!

That's kind of the point, though... and Cumberbatch IS one of the actors OP is talking about since he's just as overexposed as Elba, if not more so.
