--Yogurt with granola
--Strawberries with some sugar sprinkled over them
--Peanut butter
--Chocolate chip chewy bars
--Salads with lots of croutons and hard boiled eggs and cheese on top
--100 calorie snack packs
--All kinds of juices

Because even though those snacks aren't "perfect," it's better than grabbing a candy bar or a soda or pop tart or something of that nature.

actually it's best to avoid juices as they don't have much fiber to slow down the absorbtion of sugar (ie don't drink your calories)

water's your best bet basically
