any recipes you'd like to share? We started eating them last year in my house and we're definitely looking for more way to cook them rather than simply roast them.

That's honestly about what I do, I also just like boiling them and eating them relatively plain.

Have you tried roasting them along with olive oil and balsamic vinegar (and a dash of salt and pepper, of course)?

If you do it just right the balsamic caramelizes on the top. It's fabulous.

We've done the olive oil but never balsamic vinegar so that sounds amazing and something worth trying.

Properly cooked Brussels sprouts are fantastic. The second they get overcooked they turn into a sulfurous mess of awful, however.

I thought I hated them and hated asparagus for years because I only ever had them overcooked to fuck.

Absolutely, even a touch overcooked make them sadly soggy.
