Yes, and I wouldn't give one to someone ugly. I realize the beard isn't directly involved, but still. It's a guy who has a beard.

The only reason I can think of to give a guy with a beard a BJ is that you don't have to actually LOOK at the beard, like you would if you were having intercourse in a position that put you face-to-face... but personally, I would just flat out refuse to do anything sexual with a bearded person.
