I'm in the same boat, paddling in the same direction. The pressure can get intense, and worse, you imagine that you're going to wind up in some museum of old curiosities as the world's only and oldest virgin.
This is where knowing who you are and what you are about comes in. I haven't done it, simply because I'm not ready, despite being in my twenties. I pretty much want to avoid all the relationship drama and enjoy the single life.
Even though I angst about it sometimes, I know that when the time is right, everything will happen; I won't feel pressured or unsure, and then, I won't hesitate.
I may not be certain who, when, and where, but I'll wait till I'm good and ready. Until then, screw everyone else (pun intended). It's my body and my life; when the time is right, I'll be the first to know. The same line of thought applies to you. Do what you feel is right, when you feel is right.
