To a friend with whom you established a certain derogatory language being okay? Yes. In a sexual situation where someone gets off on being called names? Sure, if pre-negotiated.

I'd say to a stranger it's pretty inappropriate and nasty no matter what your sexuality is. To a friend who might not be okay with it...maybe more so even.
