I thought it was an okay scene. I agree it didn't really "hit" me, but the drama was about on par for any other "dramatic" Star Wars scene. Star Wars dialogue has never been Shakespeare.

Mostly though I don't like Harrison Ford in the role (old Han Solo, I mean). I agree he always looks grumpy, and he's so awkward and unlikable in most of his interviews and acts like the Star Wars fame has jaded him so much and he doesn't give a shit about the character or the series.

I loved seeing him in the movie, was so sad that he died, and it was massive nostalgia to have him back (however briefly, grr!), but I too have the feeling he's really freaking fed up with everything Star Wars. :(

Except his fellow actors. I think he still likes them... That's the only genuine warmth I see in him about the franchise anymore at all.
