I'd love to say 'come to my SO's shop, he'll do an awesome job' but you're probably in Bulgaria or something. :)

Anyway - thirding the advice - look at portfolios, look at the shop, talk to the artist and other patrons. Make sure the person doing it is a professional who knows their stuff.

DO NOT bargain hunt. You're literally going to die with this on your body. It's not time for cutting corners or trying to get a 'deal'. On this? Splurge.
