Ok, so the fandomsecret precious pixies are already hatin' on tumblr all the fucking time. Now it's Pinterest too???? If you don't like it, don't fucking use it. Fine. It's not that fucking hard.

Not using Facebook, that's hard! Ha! Top that. Talk about wanting you to sign in to see something. Eh, I'm still resisting because I just don't like Facebook. I've tried it; I know I don't like it.

Pinterest, once you have an account, is like 1000 times easier than Facebook. And if you don't want an account, it's very easy to just not get one and not go there.

You know who likes Pinterest? Lots of older women. So yeah, let's shit on another image-heavy site that women like, cuz y'all are SOOO special ya gotta shit on everything.

I realize I'm bristling defensively for a website. (And it could use some design improvements, but what couldn't?) I get fed up with this place acting like gossip central to shit on any and everything. (sigh) Maybe I should ban myself again. Sometimes it feels like a trip through that shitty "ONTD" or the fic hating comms of old.

Tbh I like Pinetrest, I just hate how anal it is for not allowing you to veiw its material if you aren't signed in and/or have the mobile app.

I think the werid hate bonner some F!S users have for Tumblr is pretty annoying tho.

Literally all I know about pinterest is lost of unsourced stolen art and you can't even view it without getting the creeping black bar of doom unless you give them your email so they can spam you with all sorts of shit. Fuck pinterest. Literally no other site would lock you out like that.

I don't remember if I used to, but if I did I'm sure I unsubscribed from it, or maybe it all goes to junk idk, and I still have no problems using the site

There's nothing particularly sacred about a thing just because older women like it, and the issues people have with Pinterest are entirely legitimate and not actually about older women at all...?
