Re: Casual/intense fan awkwardness

Yes, anything to do with Marvel. I like some movies, but can't really be bothered by fandom. And it's pretty damned intense, this fandom.

(I did eventually watch Capt. America, can't be bothered with Iron Man or any of the TV stuff, and liked all the movies with Loki in them pretty well.)

When I see people going nuts over it I feel very awkward. On the one hand, it's really cool that people can fan out over it. It just seems like a lot of work for very little reward.
