I just say, 'sorry, it's not my thing and I don't feel comfortable drawing it' and forget about it. What's asshole about refusing to do a thing that you neither like nor is obliged to do? Also, the more you drag it out, the worse you will feel - I used to suffer from the same sort of inability to say no and it was driving me mental. Don't do that to yourself, OP.
