I Miss New Wave by Matthew Good Band is too subtle, intense, and genuinely depressive to fit the quintessential mold for a "poor me, I'm famous" song, but it's still in that vein.

On a lighter note, The Lucky One by Taylor Swift is decent. Though personally I wouldn't call it a "poor me" song, so much as a "fame is really complicated and not always easy" song.
