You shared an opinion and I shared mine. I think there's an attitude that hair on neck = not well-groomed which I don't necessarily agree with which is why I added that part.

I find it unattractive but it'd be really hypocritical for me to tell anyone that in order to be presentable they have to shave any part of their body.
