He just looks like a typical white man magazine cover guy to me; nothing about him makes me think of femininity at all. Ruby Rose, though, definitely looks very androgynous to me.

This is where we differ. Gubler looks about as far towards "female" to me as Ruby Rose looks towards "male." We clearly have different visible markers for what masculinity looks like.

What about Cillian Murphy and Troye Sivan, as two other examples people gave in this thread. Do you see them as fairly typical white males, or do you see them as androgynous?

Just curious. I see them both as good examples of androgynous men.

Yeah, I can see it a little with the first one and a lot with the second. I think he's a pretty good example.
