As much as I love Disney movies, I'd rather go see a real castle than a theme park.

Fun story time: my parents took me to Disneyland when I was two. We saw Eeyore. My mom sicced me on Eeyore. "Go pull his tail! Go pull his tail!" So I chased the Eeyore, reaching for his tail.

And I grabbed it. And promptly fell down. The poor bastard playing Eeyore fell too. I started screaming. While my parents tried to calm me down and help poor Eeyore, my fuckwit of a brother took pictures and screamed like a howler monkey with laughter (which had the added bonus of making me cry harder).

So when people ask me if I ever want to go to Disney World...nah.

To be fair, I don't think Mom expected me to catch Eeyore. She was probably just being goofy and silly while watching her toddler 'chase' a beloved character. And I don't remember Daddy joining in the 'get Eeyore' routine, but I think he tried to calm me down after I tripped (my memories of this are rather hazy after 28 years. I know it mainly from some blurry pictures and family stories).

My older brother on the other hand, is a shitstain.

LOL wasn't there a Disney secret about preferring real castles to theme park ones? People dogpiled the OP for being a pretentious snob. That wasn't you, by any chance, was it? ;)

I remember that one. It wasn't me, but I agree with the secret maker. Nothing against Disney, but I love medieval castles more than I love fake ones.
