I read somewhere (fairly certain that it was Entertainment Weekly) that after wrapping XMFC, she started doing training for Katniss by running and discovered that despite being out of makeup and presumably scrubbed clean for several weeks, when she started to sweat, her sweat was blue because the paint had gone so deeply into her skin.

And I'm sorry but putting up with that kind of thing is unreasonable to ask of an actress. It's messed up and borderline dangerous.

This article said it irritated her skin, too.

I wouldn't blame her. Actors have bailed out for this kind of thing in the past... I remember watching a documentary about the original Wizard of Oz and how the original tinman had to bail because the paint gave him a terrible reaction.
