If you want to see a great take on Tifa's character, check out Team Fourstar's FF7 Machinamabridged. The portrayal of Aerith may initially be grating but it's hinting that she's more than likely obfuscating stupidity and airheadedness than truly being that way. Honestly overall it's a lot closer to their actual game selves than a lot of the side official material.
