Blue Buffalo for one with digestive issues. Nature's Variety Instinct for the other who has tons of food allergy issues. I had to go through lots of trial and error with both of them, but we've stuck with these the longest, and they do the best on them. Figures that they're also some of the most expensive brands out there. (But the little monsters are worth it.)

If you do homemade, be sure to get a recipe from your veterinarian or other trusted source. I once had to switch my boy to a turkey and rice diet for a bit, and while it settled his stomach while he was sick, he couldn't have stayed on it for long without losing some vital nutrients. A lot of homemade recipes forget about some necessary vitamins or they have the wrong balance of carbs/fats/protein for their diet.
