That could also just be someone posting all of their work because the artist might be on one of those Japanese sites that Japanese artists use (whose name I can't remember, pivix??).

I'm leaning towards that being the artist - a letter difference in the artist's signature

[Although, I will confess to being more than a bit creeped out that it got a stucky tag, given the age of Steve in this image]

It might be part of an AU with a temporarily deaged Steve. Also, some people confused platonic tagging/naming conventions with romantic.
