Maybe it would be Civil War, I don't know - but maybe it was just me, but at some moments it was like I could feel the Russos just *pulling* the characters away from AOU. I think it would have helped, at least if we'd have gotten some of Steve's and Tony's characterization groundwork there for Civil War then, at the very least.
