I secretly think everyone in the Harry Potter fandom is very intelligent, but possibly scary obsessive. -_- I never made it through all the books, and the idea of keeping all the canon clear in your head, everything about the worldbuilding, characterization, etc., just so you can discuss it, write about it, and get into ship wars...yikes. Too much for me.
