the general audience is dropping off. this season my mom was like "that's it. I can't take this anymore. They don't do anything. This is too stupid."

I know the general audience is dropping off, and rightfully so. I think the writers just see the show as a headache now, with hate coming at them from every fandom but one, and they have a new show in the pipeline to focus on. They got a sixth season. Past that? I doubt they care; it'll keep running and getting progressively more nonsensical until Disney pulls the plug or ABC hits on a show to fill the timeslot.

she did better than my father - he gave up right after Elsa appeared at the end of that season before it went Frozen arc
